STANDARD SERVICE: Best Wedding NJ generally delivers your order in 4-10 business days. shipping based on your order's total weight.

EXPRESS SERVICE: Upon request.  Best Wedding NJ generally delivers your order in 1 -3 business days. Shipping charges are based on your order's total weight. * Certain products have special or separate shipping rates and/or delivery time frames.  Best Wedding NJ will explain when your order is processed. * Certain heavier or oversized items may require additional costs to ship.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Orders are placed using  Best Wedding NJ basic shipping fees. In order to finalize your shipment you maybe required to pay addition shipping fees for International shipping. You will receive a separate invoice for addition shipping fees. International shipments are sent USPS. Express and UPS can be request for an additional shipping charges.

RETURN POLICY: Have confidence in ordering with BestWeddingNJ.com. Your 100% satisfaction is our primary goal. In the event that you need to return a product, you may return the unopened software for a full refund and will be credited back to your credit card minus shipping charges.

DAMAGED GOODS, LOST PACKAGES & SHIPPING ERRORS: BestWeddingNJ.com  is NOT liable for products damaged during shipping or packages lost or mis-delivered by the freight carrier. Best Wedding NJ  will however file a claim on your behalf with the freight carrier. Reimbursement to you will be made when the carrier has issued a claim check to us. Returned Packages - if your order is returned to us by the freight carrier as "undeliverable" because you provided an incorrect or invalid address, you will be charged for any fee's the freight carrier assessed for returning the package. If you want your order re-shipped, freight charges apply again. If you do not want the order re-shipped, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT FORMS:We accept Visa, Master Card & Discover credit cards. We also accept Pay Pal. We do not accept Checks or Money Orders at this time. Order will be shipped when payment has cleared our account. Your credit card is charged when your order is placed, not when your order is shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are only accepted within 4 hours and/or if we have NOT started processing your order. If we have started processing your order and/or if you request cancellation after 4 hours, regardless of reason, a 25% cancellation/restocking fee will be charged. 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Return shipping is paid by the customer, $15 re-stocking fee on gift sets, Authorization required on returns. Customer is refunded cost of product only NOT shipping and handling.
